ABOUT THE PROJECT
Clean energy with care for people and nature
A modern photovoltaic park with an energy storage system is planned to be built in the municipality of Suhindol. The facility will provide sustainable electricity generation from renewable sources, in compliance with international environmental standards.
This project is expected to reduce CO₂ emissions by more than 680,000 tons annually, equivalent to removing over 145,000 cars from the roads each year or supplying clean electricity to 280,000 households.
The installed capacity of the project is expected to reach up to 620 MWp. The specific parameters will be determined upon completion of all necessary procedures, in accordance with applicable legislation and site-specific conditions.

ABOUT US
Over 15 years of experience
The project is named “Wabi-Sabi” and is managed by the company Wabi-Sabi Alpha. It is backed by the companies Green Source GmbH, LSG Group, and Core Value Capital, with the first being the operational driving force behind the investment and the main investor. The project’s name is inspired by a Japanese philosophy and aesthetic concept that embraces and values sustainable development and a simple approach.
GREEN SOURCE is a Vienna-based company founded in 2006 which specializes in the development, implementation and operation of ground mounted photovoltaic projects in Central and Eastern Europe for private and institutional investors, and as an independent power producer.
LSG GROUP, active since 1997, is a competent and reliable partner in the field of electrical engineering, building services, photovoltaic systems and renewable energies for industrial and commercial customers.
Core Value Capital, established in Austria in 2013, is committed to promoting environmental sustainability through its investments in renewable energy and real estate. By supporting solar power PV parks, Core Value Capital is helping to transition to a more sustainable energy future while also generating attractive returns for investors.

DEVELOPMENT
The project is part of Green Source’s broader portfolio, which includes 30 projects with a total investment volume exceeding 820 million euros in Central and Eastern Europe.
Several hundred jobs will be created during construction, and more than 50 new jobs will be created once it is operational - both directly and through local suppliers and partners.
Investor prioritizes local businesses for supplier selection to multiply positive economic impact.

The investor believes that sustainable development goes hand in hand with support for the local community. Therefore, we have planned and signed (and partially implemented) specific initiatives for the benefit of the municipality:
Covering the electricity costs of important municipal buildings and street lighting – for a safer and more peaceful urban environment
Replacement of existing street lighting with energy saving LED lamps – more efficient, environmentally friendly and modern. Half have already been replaced
Supporting the local museum and Lozen 1924 Football Club through targeted funding from 2023
Compensation paid to tenants of affected municipal land to allow them to continue their activities in peace
Registration of the project company in. Suhindol, which will contribute to the local budget and economy
Many other upcoming initiatives as well as new job creation
