Based on Article 127, paragraphs 2\u20134 of the Spatial Development Act, on December 2, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., a public discussion will be held in the former restaurant of the Wine-Growers\u2019 Cooperative \u201cGamza\u201d \u2013 Suhindol, at the address: 111 Rositsa Street, Suhindol.
The discussion concerns the Draft Amendment to the General Development Plan (GDP) of Suhindol Municipality and the Detailed Development Plan \u2013 Land Use Plan (DDP-LUP) for changing the designation of land plots in the areas of Suhindol and Koevtsi, Suhindol Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo Region, with the purpose of constructing a photovoltaic park. The contracting authorities are Suhindol Municipality and \u201cWabi-Sabi Alpha\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n
Pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedures for Conducting Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programs, the plans, the Environmental Assessment Report with its annexes, and the related materials are available in paper form at the Administrative Service Center in Suhindol, 115 Rositsa Street, Suhindol, and are accessible on the contracting authority\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
