Dear Residents of Suhindol Municipality (town of Suhindol, village of Koevtsi),<\/strong><\/p>\n

We hereby inform you that we are commencing consultations on the prepared Environmental Assessment Report for the Draft Partial Amendment to the General Development Plan (GDP) of Suhindol Municipality and the Detailed Development Plan \u2013 Land Use Plan (DDP\u2013LUP) for changing the designation of land plots in the territories of the town of Suhindol and the village of Koevtsi, Suhindol Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo Region, for the purpose of constructing a photovoltaic park, commissioned by Suhindol Municipality and \u201cWabi-Sabi Alpha\u201d Ltd.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on the Conditions and Procedure for Conducting Environmental Assessments of Plans and Programmes<\/em>, the plans and the Environmental Assessment Report with its annexes are available at the following internet address: [link<\/a>].<\/p>\n

All of the above-mentioned documents are also available in paper form at the Information Service Center of the Municipality of Suhindol, address: 115 \u201cRositsa\u201d Street, 5240 Suhindol.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting your opinions on the documentation is 30 days after ensuring public access, starting from 14 August 2025.<\/p>\n
