Wabi Sabi assists Suhindol with electricity costs and upgrades street lighting

As part of its commitment to sustainable development and the well-being of the local community, Wabi Sabi has launched a program to financially support key public buildings in the Municipality of Sukhindol. The company covers the electricity costs of the municipality building, the community center “Sobriety”, the school “St. Kliment Ohridski”, street lighting in the town, kindergarten “Sonia”, kindergarten “Eighth of March” and the home for adults with dementia in the village of Gorsko Kosovo. Support is tailored to actual needs and is limited to the value of 2022 invoices with up to a 5% mark-up.

In parallel, the investor financed the replacement of the existing street lighting in the municipality with energy-saving LED lamps – a more efficient, ecological and modern alternative. So far about 50% of the street lighting has already been renovated and the process will continue in phases until its full completion.
